What’s Up With the Give Button?

I’ve heard from many of you that this blog has blessed you and helped you in your understanding of Scripture, and I praise God for that. I am committed to helping you broaden your understanding of God’s Word and deepen in your desire for it.

I’m never going to make this content subscription-based. Jesus told His disciples, “Freely you have received; now freely give” (Matthew 10:8).

However, there are annual fees for the WordPress subscription, as well as plug-ins, add-ons, design, and other enhancements that will hopefully make this a better experience for you.

So if you would like to support this blog, please consider making a one time or recurring donation. Half of every donation will help maintain and improve 66in52.

But it’s the other half of the donation I am most excited about. There is an organization called Rice Bowls that is dedicated to providing food for faith-based orphanages around the world. Currently, Rice Bowls partners with 58 orphanages in eight different countries, including Honduras, India, the Philippines, and South Africa. By partnering with in-country vendors and farmers, they are able to feed orphans for a dollar a day, and benefit the local economy as well. Half of every donation to 66in52 will go straight to Rice Bowls. So when you support the blog, you can feed orphans as well. If you would like to learn more about the ministry of Rice Bowls, and how your church can get involved, visit them at their website at http://www.ricebowls.org.

And if you would like to give to support 66in52, you can click “Give” in the top menu, as well as the green button at the bottom of every post.
